Internet aur mental health par asar ?
Namaste doston! Aaj hum iss article mein baat karenge social media ke mental health par hone wale asar ke baare mein aur uske solution ko samajhne ka koshish karenge. Aaj kal, social media hamare life ka ek important hissa ban gaya hai. Par iske saath hi kuch khatare bhi jud gaye hain, jaise ki mental health,sucide ki bhavna, stress aur anavashyak pratikriya.
Hum sabhi social media ka istemal roz karte hain, chahe wo Facebook, Instagram, Twitter ya koi aur platform ho. Lekin kya humne kabhi socha hai ki social media hamare mental health par kya asar dalta hai? Aaiye, iss article mein hum is subject par gaur karte hain.
1)social comparison
Social media par hum logon ke khush aur safal jeevan ke tasveerein dekh kar apne aap ko compare karne lagte hain. Ye social comparison ki bhavna hamare andar stress aur attachment ka karan ban sakti hai. Hum apne aap ko dusron se kam mehsoos karne lagte hain aur isse hamare svabhav par asar padta hai. Yaad rakhiye, social media par dikhai dene wala sirf ek chhota hissa hai, poora tasveera humesha samne nahi aati.
2. cyberbullying.
Internet par log aksar dusre logon ko pareshan karte hain, galiyan dete hain, ya unhe badnaam karne ki koshish karte hain. Aise cyberbullying ke karan bahut se log stress, depression aur anxiety jaisi mental distress jhelte hain. Humara self-esteem kam ho jata hai aur hamare confidence par asar padta hai. Isiliye, humein cyberbullying se bachne ke liye sambhalna zaroori hai. Agar aap ya koi aapke aaspaas wale cyberbullying ka shikaar hai, toh apne doston, parivar ya authorities se sahayata maangna shuru kar dein.
3)FOMO(Fear of missing out)
Social media par log apne safar, party, khushiyan aur safalata ka pradarshan karte hain. Aise mein humein lagta hai ki hum kuch miss kar rahe hain aur hum kamyaab nahi hain. Hum apne aap ko pressure mein daal lete hain, aur ye hamare mental health par bura asar dalta hai. Humein yaad rakhna chahiye ki social media par dikhai dene wala sirf ek chhota hissa hai, aur humein apne safalta ki khud ki parakh karni chahiye, dusron ki tulna mein khud ko nahin samjhna chahiye.
4)Solution
Sabse pehle, agar aapko social media par mental health ka ehsaas hota hai, toh apne doston aur parivar ke saath is baare mein baat kijiye. Aap unhe apni pareshaniyan bata sakte hain aur saath mein solutions dhoondh sakte hain. Ek aur cheez jo aap kar sakte hain, wo hai "digital detox". Iska matlab hai ki aap kuch samay ke liye social media aur internet se door rahenge. Aap apne doston ke saath samay bita sakte hain, hobbies ko pursue kar sakte hain, ya fir apne aas-pass ki duniya mein ghoom sakte hain. Ye aapke dimaag aur mann ko shanti dega.
Aur ek aur important baat, apne social media ka istemal niyamit karne ki. Aap apne samay ko limit mein rakhein aur social media ko productive tarike se istemal karein. Apne interests ke bare mein jankari hasil karne ke liye social media ka istemal karein. Positive aur inspiring logon ko follow karein. Aur agar aapko kisi vyakti ya group ki baat samajh mein nahi aati hai, toh respectful tarike se unse baat karein. Hum sabko ek doosre ki emotions aur feelings ka samman karna chahiye.
In samadhanon ko apnane se, hum social media ke prabhav se bach sakte hain aur apna mental health secure rakh sakte hain. Aap apne doston aur family ke saath iss mudde par baatcheet karein, kyunki sahi guidance aur sahayata se hi hum samasyaon ka samadhan kar sakte hain.
Toh doston, social media ka istemal karte samay savdhani aur samajhdaari se kaam lein. Apne mansik swasthya ko surakshit rakhne ke liye social media ka sahi upyog karein aur apne doston aur parivar ke saath judkar ek dusre ki madad karein. Social media ek mazedaar aur jodne wala sadhan ho sakta hai, lekin hamesha apne liye acche tarike se istemal karna zaroori hai.
